Midunu Chocolates’ Luxe Collection is a chef-crafted selection of truffles and pralines, hand-made by our all-female team in Accra, Ghana. As seen on CNN Inside Africa (and celebrated by global press), this limited release honors Africa’s botanical wisdom—pairing Ghana’s single-origin cocoa with warming spices, teas, fruits, and aromatics for a tasting experience that feels truly extraordinary.

Each piece is an intimate fusion of craft and memory: velvety ganaches infused with cardamom and coffee, chai and ginger, ras el hanout and desert salt. Small-batch and intentional, Luxe is chocolate for slow evenings and generous tables.

Origins
At the heart of Midunu is Ghana’s storied cocoa. Fermented traditionally and coaxed to its fullest expression, our chocolate becomes a canvas for the continent’s pantry—spice markets, tea rituals, and fruit preserves. Working closely with farmers and makers, we honor ingredients with care and integrity, transforming them into silky ganaches and crisp pralines that carry Africa’s culinary heritage in every bite.
