Ghana grows some of the finest cocoa on earth — and for too long, that cocoa left our shores to be made into chocolate somewhere else. Midunu keeps it home. Our chocolate is single-origin Ghanaian, crafted at the source, so the value of the bean stays with the land and the hands that raise it.

To it, we bring the flavours of a continent: spices from the market, hibiscus and prekese and dawadawa, botanicals grown in our own chef's garden — ingredients most chocolate has never met.
