Each fall, winter and spring, Chef Selassie Atadika curates a new blend of signature truffles, experimenting with new spices and ingredients, to present Africa’s bounty to the table.
Each bite of Chef Atadika’s truffles awakens our consciousness to bold flavors each season.
The kit includes a link to a chocolate tasting video, guiding explorers on a journey through the cocoa to chocolate process from the perspective of a cocoa producing country.
