How to use
Add rub to beef, poultry, fish, seafood or vegetables before grilling or cooking.
We suggest the following ratios:
2 teaspoon rub per 1 pound of vegetables, fish, seafood
1 tablespoon rub per 1 pound of beef, pork or chicken - marinate overnight if possible
